Some Hen Parties want a full on party time for the whole weekend, others want time to spend with their besties and close family. They want to relax, engage in good conversation and share time and experiences together.

Heather’s Hens had a well laid out plan…thanks to Katy…

Eight ladies arrived from all over the country, including Liverpool, Kent and Bristol! The Friday evening plan was drinks, mainly cocktails, a special supper with Heather’s favourite food and a soak in the large hot tub! Judging by how many bottles of Prosecco, gin and other spirits, fruit juices and mixers came into the house they were certainly well organised for cocktail making and a party!!  

Following a gentle start after a late night the ladies enjoyed some pamper treatments. The therapists who we use are very experienced and are able to offer a wide range of options from massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, manicure etc. at reasonable prices I have never been let down by them and they always get rave reviews.

Lunch followed and then a rest to allow the treatments to take full effect. Their next activity was making some garters – yes! you read that right! They came with all the lace, accessories, elastic and needles which they needed and chatted & sewed over a beautiful home-made cream tea – scones and cupcakes. They were beautiful, unique and certainly kept everyone concentrating!

After a clean up and polish up it was off by taxi into Chichester City for dinner at Carluccio’s which is always a friendly place to go with excellent, freshly prepared food just off East Gate Square.  Home for a final nightcap in the hot tub!

Sunday morning again, they could rise gently, have a sauna, then breakfast, before wending their way home.

A perfect girlie weekend – before… back to children, husbands (for some) and work on Monday morning! – but still thinking of all their lovely experiences in West Sussex. Do come again, even if you bring the family this time!
